I have no real holidays this summer because of my practical. But for the 14th of july (bank holiday), we had a long weekend of three days in the South of France near the Mediterranean Sea with my best friend. It was very sunny, we were in a camping really close to the sea, we just had to cross the road to be on th beach.

The salad who makes say Mmmm
Original recipe here.
For the salad: which fruits you want.
For the syrup:
water 400 ml
sugar 300g
orange juice and peel
1/2 citron juice and peel
cloves 4
star anise 4
vanilla pods 2 (cut by halves)
cinnamon sticks 2
Syrup:
Boil the water with the sugar. Add the other ingredients. Let boil a little during 10 minutes and smell the lovely odor in the air. Let the syrup cool and try to don't drink it immediately.
Fruits:
Peel and cut all fruits whatever you want.
Salade:
Put the fruits in a large bowl. Add the cool syrup. Put in the fridge for an hour.
At LEWP, it works! Everybody say Mmmm when they tasted it.
So easy and so good, try it and "bon appétit"!

Last Evening with Preben
After the examination time came the time to say good bye to our Eramus friends. The first person to leave was Preben, so it was a good opportunity for a barbecue party with an Instant Barbecue of course! It was sunny, there was a smell of holiday in the air, so I cooked, I couldn't resist.
What we ate?
An avocado cream
Cheese Naans
Erasmus Lemon tart
The fruit salad who makes say Mmmm
and many things grilled on the barbecue
Recipes will come later.
